I recommend this tool to every A/C Technician. It works great, the tool can help a technician to show a customer when the compressor or the motor are in bad conditions. It is very easy to use.

Waste of money for me dont need this IMO i wasted my money so you wont have too! there is really no need for this i used it a couple times then tossed it in van to never use again! you know when a motors bad you dont need this lol! you can do the same with your ohm meter!

Lights stopped working in the first month not worth the money

You get what you pay for. Its a good indicator, but not necessarily the silver bullet of confirmation you might want from a megger. Its been a huge help, and a huge hinderance on jobs. Ive learned to not trust it completely. Obviously the price reflects the quality, so it still gets 3 stars for value.
