I used these to hold up 3 lb. unfinished wooden frames. I know it seems like overkill, but I wanted to use something sturdy that will last many years. Not sure how these would hold up anything heavier, but I am confident that they could. They seem like nice quality. Easy to install using a screwdriver, too.

The picture hanger is indeed very strong. They are a bit larger than what I envisioned but they definitely work on the big heavy items I want to hang on the wall.

Super strong. We mount our elk antlers using these hangers. Holds the big guys. Had used smaller ones and my elk crashed to the floor. Never again. I will buy these every time.

The hangers are exactly what we needed. However, it is to hang a very unique work of art. We are in our 70s and needed to move from the home we lived in since we were first married and where we raised our children. One thing we couldnt leave without was the growing door where each child was measured on their birthday. We have taken the door with us and it will hang in a place of honor on your hangers. When the youngest granddaughter visits us this summer she can still have the annual Measure me against daddy.
