Love the game

like As the title suggests, its another Smash title in the series. Its got the same gameplay/mechanics you know and love, but with some little new pieces and features. Its also nice to see such a large roster of playable characters all in stunning graphics. dislike Personally I dislike that there is no Trophies in the game. I used to love playing for hours on end to collect the little in game Trophies and then admire my virtual display. Some of the character additions feel forced (does there really need to be so many from Fire Emblem? They all felt similar to each other) I have not paid for Nintendos online service, as such I am unable to comment on the Online features of this game.

My grandson picked it out so I bought it for him. And hes enjoying quite a bit

Gun game

Great game and takes me back to my childhood on the N64. Having missed 2 generations of SSB games, Ultimate introduces new yet familiar features within the game. Being on the Switch, it took a little bit to get used to new controls, but it was easy to do so with the aid of the training area. The new modes that have been introduced bring endless hours of fun to the game, and not to mention the Smash mode for local battles with friends and family. Overall, SSB: Ultimate is a great game for everyone - both Smash Veterans and Newbies alike.

I have to say this is one of my favourite Games accross all platforms. I’ve put so many hours into this game and I’m still hooked, there are so many different modes to play and a huge variety of characters and move sets. I even take my switch to work and we okay it in table top mode which is always good fun.

My 9 year old loves it!

Not sure what all the hype is about. Maybe if you like newer games this is for you, but as someone a bit older I was hoping to get some of that vintage N64 Smash experience I had when I was a kid. I feel like they added way too much and over complicated this game, and the campaign is awful. The controls are confusing and inconsistent. If you’re 7 years old maybe you will enjoy it, but personally thought it was terrible. I think Nintendo’s vintage games have gotten so much worse, the N64 and GameCube games were much better.
