Greater than one weekIt was not in use at the time. Surge tower Caught on Fire Smoking sparks popping & crackling. Fire Hazard Need to be recalled. Lucky we were home or our house would have burnt down. I have 2 of these. The Living Room is where this one was at I want a refund.

> 3 dayI am so happy to be able to replace the ugly power strip with this attractive power source. It looks nice on the end table and has great features, such as spots for the phone charging cables. I bought one as a gift for my son so he could get rid of his ugly power strip, too.

Greater than one weekBought one for the front porch and one for the back terrace. The family can all sit together each with their own 10 cables. The outlets can be used for fans. This was a must to keep the family together during this pandemic.

> 3 dayThis surge protector was just what I needed! There are plenty of outlets, and I am able to use it without getting all my cords tangled. I was having a problem with my cats messing with the traditional flat surge protectors, since this one stands up vertically I have not had any more issues- No more issues with my older cat throwing up on it - hence much less of a fire hazard!

Greater than one weekUnlike most horizontal surge protectors, all vertical outlets are usable. The big bulky plugs do not limit access or cover multiple outlets and the multiple USB charging ports make this surge protector exceptional useful.

Greater than one weekFirst, I thought Id like the on/off switches for each individual row of plugs but I dont because if I accidently hit a switch it turns that row of outlets on or off and I do (frequently enough to be a hassle) hit them BUT dont know it and that whole row is now off. To boot, they are rocker switches and easily hit inadvertantly. I often plug things in that dont give any instant feedback such as a boot beep or bright light so I just assume its on (think of plugging in your phone charger without the phone connected (often it does nothing, its just there...so you thought). You just assume it is hot when you set your phone on it to charge later that night. This whole dynamic is just a pain in the ass for me because mine is on the floor and though easy to access, I dont have table top viewing angles so often things are done by touch. You know what I mean. This is just real life stuff I am encountering with this device which leads me to the reason most of all I dont like this thing. All of the outless are arranged vertically. Yes, its a tower, we know this going in right. I did and it is the thing that attracted me most to it but is the reason I dont like at all. Every time I want to plug or unplug something, it is at best a 2 handed job. It is very difficult to plug and unplug things, particularly with one hand because the tree wants to tip over every time you do so you have to hold with one hand and pull with the other and often you pull out an unintended plug and blip your computer just went off. All of this seems obvious but I did not think of this being such a hassle. I find myself looking for my old flat power strips because they, for me are easier to deal with. Because of these things, I do not fully recommend this item. Its built nice, packed nice and looks nice and seems durable but that is the end of the good.

> 3 dayI purchased it to be hidden on the floor of my home office, thinking it would be a desk eyesore. Also my wife said, she didn’t want it on the desk, until it was delivered and she saw what it looked like! It now has a permanent space on my desk, and it’s actually nice looking for a power outlet! I also like that it has two shut off’s! Every once in a while, my printer needs a restart, and I accomplish it with one of the on-off switches on top! This was a great purchase! P

> 3 dayI like the form factor, and it seems to work well. It seems a bit lightweight, which is okay, but I expected more heft.
