Swanson TL043M 9-Inch Savage Magnetic Torpedo Level

2nd time owning one. Someone else on a job also liked it. A great level for a steamfitter who hates when your torpedo falls off because its on the bottom or hammered.

2 stars Light is great thats about it. my gripe is Im an electrician and I run a lot of pipe this level does not stick to 1900 boxes very well. Idk if its the placement of the magnets or what but Id recommend a checkpoint level better then this unless youre working in dark places, super soft aluminum as well

Gave as a gift to my father. He said its the best level hes ever owned, and I trust him on that. The magnets are strong, and the level is tough and durable.

Mine came with one of the vials basically empty

Appr ibew electrician here. I wish it was made in America but its pretty awesome. Magnets hold great and bubbles are true.
