My Yellow Naped Amazon Parrot, pulled it apart ; thread by thread. Maybe it’s better for smaller birds. Cute toy though.

When I first put this in our parakeet s cage he was afraid of it. It is pretty big; about 8 inches long bigger than he is. I left him alone, and in a little while he was tentatively picking at it, now hes been chewing on it regularly (like now). He really likes it and it should last a long time. Great purchase!

EASY TO HANG UP IN THE CAGE

I had this toy with my bird for a while. Some how my quaker parrot was able to get the strings caught around his neck. I was not home, and when I came back he had choked to death, likely broke his neck, and cut his neck open and bled all over the wall from this digging into his skin. It was a horrific scene and was traumatizing. Please please please do not ever let your bird around this toy. I am utterly devastated and I cant imagine this happening to anyone elses bird. I love my bird so much and this toy caused him to have a brutally painful death

My parrolett loves this thing. hes a few weeks old and sits and plucks at it and sits on it. I love that I can wash it.

I have two conures. I bought a few toys for both birds - and this toy seemed to get their attention the best. ( I might want to get one for myself and hang it from my car rear view mirror. LOL. ) Seriously both of my birds love it - and it instantly was the toy they played with first before all the other toys. I give it an A+ Simple and effective. Perfect.
