Greater than one weekWe were specifically looking for silicone tethers. It took my daughter till she was four months to even hold this one. Not that its difficult to hold, it flat so her motor skills werent the best yet and couldnt get it in her mouth and would get mad. Shes six months and loves it.

It’s amazing to me that the information on the product says it went through such rigorous safety reviews because this toy is absolutely not safe.
