I see a lot of the reviews on this product are for the inserts that are sold separately. Personally, I have had no problems with the outlets (or the zwave modules) and I am quite the fan. I use these with OpenHab and absolutely love them. The modular idea is amazing, and I love it. My only criticism is the wires coming out the back, vs push to insert holes, but it is just a preference thing, there is nothing wrong about it. They also include wirenuts for convenience, but again my personal preference is for lever nuts. Update: For anyone purchasing this and concerned about the size of your box...
