> 3 dayHeavy duty and the key word is heavy. This stuff has some weight to it so you know its built to last. Ordered two sets to fix some swings in our subdivision playground. Everything arrived on time and was easy to work with. Happy with purchase and highly recommend!

> 3 daySo these are great, BUT I am really disappointed that the seller or manufacturer wont just come out and say what type of mounting hardware to use. If you read through the questions and answers, everyone wants to know what screws to use, but they just keep saying to consult a professional. Seriously? A professional swing set installer to help you with the simple install of a DYI product you did not buy from them? How much is that going to cost? If we were wanting to hire a professional, we would not be buying this on Amazon. Are they that afraid of the liability that they wont share this top-secret info with us? I used the 3/8 stainless steel screws that others recommended. But the heads on the screws are too small so you have to use a large washer to get it to work. My only concern with this is it seems the washer is now what is really holding everything together, but it is the thinnest, weakest part of the system. Please Jungle Gym Kingdom, just tell us how you designed these hangers to be installed. Are we supposed to use 1/2 screws instead? Is there some special fastener out there you have in mind? I put mine in a 4x6 beam. Im sure most people are installing into beams. Give us some help here.

> 3 dayWarning!!! Do not be fooled as I was. The picture shows hex bolts holding the brackets. It also shows lag bolts. I was lead to believe the swing set hangers included hex bolts. DO NOT USE LAG BOLTS to hold a something that a child will use. The company sent galvanized lag bolts. You MUST use threaded bolts. Lag bolts may loosen over time and the swing may fail. My low rating was due to the misleading photograph.
