There was missing a packet of screw connectors that I needed

They arrived quickly. Very well packaged! They come in their own little box with a clasp to keep it from opening. The box itself is of good quality, thick plastic. I was pleasantly surprised. Inside there are many of the Keychain rings with chains. Two baggies also, one has the connecting clasps in it and the other contains the small screw-like pieces to attach toys or other items.. Compared to others, the price is very affordable for the amount you receive in this container. Theyre all made of great quality as well! Sturdy Keychain rings that arent thin and flimsy. They will work great for making Keychains! I am using mine for Amigurumi Keychains, for a craft fair. Theyre perfect! I highly recommend these!

Missing more than half of what was supposed to be in the box. Also box arrived open and smashed broken . Missing all the screws.

Did not get jump rings

They are good quality, but not a true black. More of a pressed gun metal.
