This product uses the same app as my front door lock, so did not have to download another app. Connected up immediately and works great. Took all of 3 minutes to set up. Very satisfied.

I tried connecting it to my phone and it doesn’t work. Buy something from a different brand.

I needed a multi-power tap for the driveway side of my home where I could plug in power tools as there is only a single outlet in a weatherproof housing which was awkward to use and some of the power plugs were shaped so they wouldnt fit. Because of the 90° plug on this one, I did have to file a small dip in the bottom of the housing rim to seat the plug firmly but that was a minor problem and I can close and lock the housing with this device in place! It has functioned perfectly powering my vehicle battery conditioner, power washer, vacuum and other power tools I needed to use. The price listed was very reasonable.

I have had ZERO issues with this outdoor plug and it has worked exactly as I expected/needed. Integration to connect with home Wi-Fi was simple enough, and thus connection with the central Google home network respectively easy. While I dont change it up and access/command on a whim, I simply set my schedule and let be a gateway for electricity flow. Hasnt faced a hiccup or issue yet. Perfect for outdoor use and smart use.

Can’t beat the price either. I had it set in less than a minute. I do wish I could set up each outlet separately, but you can’t. Yes, the instructions are difficult to read. Just take a picture and zoom in. Wasn’t that big of a deal.

Tried to connect this Smart plug to apps and would not work. I tried several times and was taking way to much time to try and connect this. Was not happy with this product at all. Hope you all get it straightened out. Will give it 2 stars. But my time is valuable. Now waiting to receive my money from this company. They received item but waiting to scan in they said. No money until they scan in. Ridiculous. Not a fan of this company at all.
