I often have two sizes of curling irons going at once so the size of this works beautifully. I have a slimmer one, but find I need more room. The silicone is a super material for not damaging your counter, no matter what its made of.

I love this I use it every time I use a hot tool on my hair. I like this because I have a wood vanity that I made and I think that the heat resistant pad helps not to damage my vanity.
