The base of this newer design gets hot unlike the older design. Good light though.

Bulbs work well so far. Werent damaged during shipping.

I dont know what it is about these bulbs. Some bulbs seem to work well in some fixtures while in others, they seem to blink and flutter. I cant say I recommend this product.

Package shipped very quickly, Box was in perfect shape and lights are securely packaged! I can not say anything yet about longevity of the bulbs, but they are very bright. We are replacing all of our old style bulbs with these and it just lights up the house and saves us money. I recommend these Sylvania bulbs to anyone who wants to get rid of the yellow/haze colored lights in your home.
