Greater than one weekI purchased this controller for my husbands PS4. Unfortunately, he frequently received error messages that the controller was not compatible, even though it states it is in the description. He also found that the buttons werent overly responsive which was frustrating when he was playing his NHL game. We returned it.

> 3 dayI was really excited to get this controller however once I got it the thing would not charge no matter how long I left it plugged in (with the cord provided) But the fact that it doesnt even pair with your PC was the part that really pissed me off. It clearly states that in the title description. I got my hopes up but was let down by another company on Amazon that will lie to your face for a small sale this place is getting as bad as Wish. Ive been a prime member for more then ten years maybe its time to go elsewhere

1. Connect the controller to P4:

- 1.If something’s wrong with the product, it can be reset.
- How to reset: Please stab the switch in the small hole on the back of the product and re-pair with the host to check if it is normal.
