It’s a great product for the price. Reading other reviews, it seems that most people had good experiences. However, ours came defective. The first R came bent and almost broken, so if you were to look at the truck closely, you could see the line down the left side. The sticky black backing to the G came misaligned. We had to cut out the piece that was sticking out, otherwise it would be very noticeable. Overall these were easy issues to fix. The process was simple, just make sure you align it correctly the first time because you will not be able to take it off and try again.

These letters look great, are easy to install, and really have a strong effect on the appearance of my truck. The only slight drawback was some of the letters had their protective backing partially slip off during packing / shipping. Fortunately, this did not appear to impact the adhesive properties, and the letters seem to be quite firmly in place after several car washes.

Easy to use and stays on strong

These raised letters have a perfect chrome finish and are a piece of cake to install. I think they look awesome!

The letters are made of heavy duty plastic with adhesive on the back. The box I received included the letters, 4 alcohol wipes and 4 Primer EN Adhesion Promoter wipes. NO INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS WERE INCLUDED IN THE BOX! The the 3 of the 4 alcohol wipes were dry and all 4 of the adhesion wipes were dry when I opened them. I used soapy water to wipe down the tailgate indented letters, rinsed with clean water, then dried with a dry rag. I then used bottled alcohol with a clean rag. Waited ten to 15 minutes for drying to occur. I trimmed paper backing around each letter with scissors, checked alignment. Peel off the white paper backing, pressing all areas of each letter to ensure adhesion. The last step was to peel off the clear protective sheet from each letter. The product itself seems to be good quality, the lacking instructions and wipes not so much.
