Taken at Birth Season 1

This case is horrible but fascinating at the same time. I want more episodes. There are so many people to follow up with that they could turn this into several seasons.

OMG! This show is so intriguing. They can’t put out the episodes fast enough for me. Got hooked on the first episode while at a hotel on a business trip. A well done emotional mystery done with great compassion.

This was an excellent series. Is it safe to assume that there will be more episodes? I really hope so.

Interesting topic, but the adoptees who suspected that Hicks was their father could have compared their DNA to each other’s to see if they were related. And this series could have been 1/2 as long.

It’s a fascinating true story, and the journey to uncovering the truth is an important one. The adult “Hicks babies” are brave people searching for answers. The goal of the series is honorable. My only complaint is that the series tells the story painfully slowly and it drags on way too long. It could easily and interestingly have been covered in two episodes, instead of three. The narrators even speak very slowly, as if to drag out the information. It became tedious to me and diminished my interest. A good story also needs good production value to make it riveting. This was not riveting.

Can’t believe I never knew about this. I first watched 2 years ago and I finally purchased it so I could rewatch it again.

Probably one of the best unfortunately documentaries TLC has ever made. Hicks the guy who started this all is is very similar a Walter White from Breaking Bad.... would be interesting to see a drama series after this honestly. So underated.
