Kids socks are tricky, but these are an excellent high quality weave. Fit as expected for toddler shoe 11.

I have a 3 year old girl who is tall for her age and has pretty long feet. Shes wearing a size 9 kids shoe. I wasnt sure of her sock sizes so I bought the socks in the 5-8 size. I guess it wasnt a surprise that they were too big. She wouldnt wear them but really liked them. I went back and purchased the 2-4 size and they fit her maybe a tad big. So, I guess Id say the socks run on the larger size. They definitely arent seamless but the seam is softer and seems to bother her less. The socks have extra thread on the inside where the cat paws are. Why anyone would add those to seamless socks is beyond me but they havent bothered her either so we are all good. I ended up buying seamless socks because getting dressed in the morning was a real chore with her complaining about her sock seams and crying about putting socks on etc. If there is a spectrum for a kid who doesnt like seams Id put her about a quarter of the way in. For a very sensitive kid Im not sure these socks would work but for my daughter they have helped a lot. It doesnt hurt that she pretends to be a kitty a lot so really likes these socks for that reason too.
