> 24 hourSaw this stuff being tested by Project Farm (Youtube) and it did well enough in his test compared to the cost of the other winners to warrant a try. Used this drilling through 1/4 plate steel and did well. Used it in conjunction with a drill doctor in between holes to keep the bit sharp, and this kept the bit cool, noise free, and helped to contain most of the drilled material until clean-up time. Be aware that there is a seal under the nozzle that you must remove first, then use a small push-pin to create a super small hole in the applicator tip (smaller the better) to keep it from flowing out too fast. Another issue Im seeing using the bottle is that the oil that eventually gets on your hands and the bottle is dissolving the painted writing on the bottle, so Tap Magic is going to need to rework that with their manufacturing group. Otherwise, this has proven to be a great value cutting oil and didnt require me to purchase $20 worth of cutting oil when i didnt need alot.

> 24 hourIf you do any cutting, machining, or drilling of any metal, aluminum, stainless steel, brass or copper this product is a must have. Increases the speed of the work by 65% and increases the longevity of the cutting and matching bits and blades. Awesome!

> 24 hourThe cap needs to be threaded on so it can be pressure sealed. Cause when i carry it in my bag it spilled everywhere. Other than the cap being a poor design. Everything is good

> 24 hourI used this cutting oil with a rethreading die on a few lug posts on my car wheel hub that I had stripped while trying to remove a rusted rotor while banging with a hand sledge and my bad aim missed and damaged a few threads on some of the studs. Worked like a champ! The oil made the rethreading job effortless!

> 24 hourman, I snap tiny taps all the time. Because they are tiny almost no force can be applied to them. I have used cutting oils before, but this is the FIRST product whereby I apply it and the tapping gets done quickly and without incident. I bought it after having to drill and tap 303 stainless rod with M3x0.5 threads. Once that alloy has been drilled with a drill press it has already started to work harden, so the tiny tap is a victim before you even start. I had to produce about twenty end-drilled and tapped 6mm rods one afternoon and I snapped off eight taps. I have excellent thread-cutting skills and have been doing this for several decades now. This 303 alloy was new to me and I was doing it wrong, somehow, I guess. I had to waste a lot of linear rod by cutting off the ends because the dang tap was stuck in there. I had been considering your product for some time and that day finally pushed me to order a small bottle. I use it just about every day, to include a lot of this same size/pitch (M3x0.5), and have not snapped a tap or drill bit since. Not a single one in thousands of operations. It is sticky and you have to clean up after you use it, but it smells nice. What is that? Key Lime scent? It smells like pie, man. Nice. I am now a loyal customer. Great product. Highly recommended!
