I like thinker rolls to avoid changing tape gun often but these were less expensive.

Tape holds well to my brown shipping boxes. Thick enough for my use. Its not crystal clear; it does have a yellowish hue, but since Im using the tape on my brown boxes, it does not matter to me. The. Smell. Yep, its rank. To me, it smells like cat litter thats been used. I store it in the garage. I pack my shipments in a box and then place them in the brown shipping box or PM box. I use the tape on the outer boxes. But for the inner box, the smell of the tape lingers in there and you can smell it even after shipping (I shipped a box to my friend across state and asked if she could smell the tape - it was a definite affirmative that it stinks). It may sound silly about the smell, but when you open a box that has an awesome item, and youre excited, the first thing you do not want to be struck with is this awful stink. I would give it 3 stars, but I knew it was going to smell from reading the reviews, so I knew what I was getting into when I ordered the rolls of tape. Aside from the smell, its a great deal and tape works well.

After several days of use the tape appears to function well for general packaging. The thickness is good for my use and the larger rolls are much preferred over the typical shorter 54 yd +/- rolls. I may decide to run a adhesion test with this tape once the seasonal temperatures increase. Ill add an addendum to this review if I am able to perform that test and obtain conclusive results.

Really loud and smells strong of chemical, but does the job

This Tape King 6 pack was a great value for the price.

Tape holds well but is lacking in quality compared to a name brand. The tape isnt uniform as you pull it off. As in, there are bubbles and lines in the tape that you have to work on if you are using it to stick a paper label to a package to get most of the air bubbles out. The paper roll isnt as strong as name brand. Best to use this in a handheld dispenser and lastly it stinks of plastic and is loud as you unroll for more tape. This tape isnt the perfect tape but it costs the same amount of a name brand 6 or 8 pack for double the tape(that you cant use in those cheap red dispensers due to amount of tape). Thickness is good enough that it doesnt split like cheap tapes. I think the adhesive could be better as I need to use a bit more for it to stick on compared to name brand. I might buy again but I also might try another brand before that.

I wouldnt say that its thicker than normal, but it is a good quality tape for shipping. Works well in a tape gun. As far as the sound, it sounds like normal tape coming off a roll. Not sure what others were comparing this to. Would purchase it again.

Works well but they have almost doubled in price from November 2022 to February 2023.

I like the quality overall but if the tape sticks to the roll it’s very difficult to pull out.
