Taylor of Old Bond Street Sandalwood Shaving Cream Bowl, 5.3-Ounce 2PK

I bought and received a two-pack. The lids were loose and the product was completely dried out. The bowls were only half full as well (most likely because they were dried out). Had to go through the hassle of returning. Normally a good product but probably a bad reseller.

The sandalwood shaving cream is by far the one I like the best. It lather well, provides excellent lubrication and has a very nice smell. The sandalwood shaving cream is truly excellent, perhaps the best I ever used. The container on the other hand is prone to shattering if dropped from a relatively modest height, lets say 1 meter and its cover isnt airtight. The inner lid insert is loose and will eventually remain stuck to the rim instead of lifting with the lid. After having container shattering on two separate occasions I had to re-purpose a used shaving soap tin and transfer the cream into it. It works very well but I wish Old Bond Street company would fix their container and switch to a more flexible material and improve the lid seal, which is close to useless right now.

Very creamy, great lather. Be sure to use a good brush. My wife and I love the sandalwood scent. Ordinary shaving cream in a pressurized can is nothing compared to this.

Went back to wet shaving about 6 months ago and started with a boar brush and shaving soap. Thought things were going well but decided after 6 months I would try this shaving creme. What an improvement. The creme takes less product and time to develop an awesome lather which has made my shaves much more enjoyable. I highly recommend giving this creme a try.

No doubt, this is great shaving cream. Ill always buy this again.

Just started using a safety razor last year (Merkur 20C) and tried the Taylor of Old Bond Street shaving cream. This is my second order. It covers great and my wife loves the smell. I think I will keep using this product for a while.

Very nice aroma that is very subtle after shaving and rinsing off the face. GREAT lubrication for the razor. And very important - it does not dry out my skin... feels like there is a lotion in the formulation.
