> 3 dayThese were a great, inexpensive alternative to other brands. I dont use them often but I require good accuracy when I do. These are perfect. I bought a vintage 4ft wooden ruler and ripped 1/8 off the width and now I can draw and cut 8ft circles and arcs.

Greater than one weekOver the last 40 years when Ive needed to draw a large circle or arc for a project I resorted to makeshift methods like the old pencil on a string. Needless to say it wasnt always easy or accurate. I was familiar with these clamp-on trammel points but never made the purchase until now. Glad I did. These are well made, heavy duty trammel points. The bodies are cast metal and the clamping hardware is steel. No plastic at all.
