Gun did a very poor job of spraying bedliner. Rubber pellets kept the suction tube stopped up and also was unable to adjust the amount of product output.

Spurts instead of sprays. Would not recommend this sprayer.

Does an adequate job. Best results with 30 to 45psi. For 23 bucks from amazon warehouse I like it. Truck is ready for 13th winter and not a spot of rust.

Terrible terrible terrible. This piece of junk leaks more than it sprays. No directions on box or inside. No settings. I brushed it on instead

After reading other glowing reviews, I thought this would be perfect for applying QuietCar sound deadener. After messing around for an hour with the new gun and achieving no spray, I almost threw it to the ground in disgust - but since I was on a tight schedule and have extensive background in repair and fabrication, I decided to try to fix the thing. Once it was apart, it became very obvious that no matter how much air pressure I applied to the gun, very little was going through. The problem turned out to be the main air passageway, supposed to be drilled all the way from a recessed cavity in the handle up through the air valve and into the forward cavity. The last bit was barely drilled. I drilled through the sealant applied at the cavity, using a long 3/16 bit, opened up the restriction, and machined a small aluminum plug to re-seal the bottom of the recessed hole. THEN, the gun worked like a charm. SO - great gun for the price - as long as you get one that is machined correctly! I updated this review after TCP Global, the seller responded with store credit for my problems. Highly recommend their service!
