> 3 dayDoesn’t have any pressure rating on it. Would not buy because it could explode at any time.

> 3 dayI use this as a converted pressure pot. It worked for a while, but then I noticed the seal was moving. It’s not adhered to the lid, just popped in. I can’t be too upset because it’s a spray can and not being used as intended. However, when the seal sits right, it holds at 55- 58 psi all night!

> 3 dayLeaked extensively out of the factory assembled joints, Has a bent tightening wing nut, pressure gauge was completely broken and would not display anything

> 3 daySeems ok. I had issues hitting the pressure blow off with the hoses. Halfway through the second coat of primer it started leaking from the front of the trigger pin. It quit when I tightened it, but the damage was done. Moves a lot of product though...

> 3 dayEverything worked great. I use this for a pressure chamber. Guage and regulator etc all work well. The adjutable Safety popoff valve leaked at around 40 psi but it stopped leaking after adjusting it.

Greater than one weekAs seen in my photo, i converted this for resin casting, my next note is VERY important GET A NEW GAUGE AND POP OFF VALVE!! I had no idea the gauge was broken when i first used it, i did not mess with it at all, but it was obscenely inaccurate!! When i pressurized it, from my pov the tank had issues going over 30 psi, the seal would roll and release my pressure until it went to 29 psi. Or so the gauge read. Around my third run, as soon as i activated the plunger, the gauge jumped to 70 psi, so naturally i immediately released all the pressure, there could not have been more than 5 psi at the time... The gauge did not go back to 0, so i got a new one, now its at 40 psi and we are good. My best guess is i was pressurized at over 60 psi when the seal rolled, but regardless as a safety measure spend the extra $13 on a new gauge so this thing doesnt explode on you!! Otherwise, it was easy to convert. My first time, which explains the crude work lol, just be real careful with it because they have a thread sealer in most of the threads so they suck to remove. If you have any questions feel free to message me on insta, the_imperial_scavenger !!

21-11-2024It would not pressurize beyond 40psi. So I thought....., and initially convinced myself my air compressor was bad and purchased a new one. It still would not pressurize beyond 40 no matter how long I tried. When I opened the air release valve on this 5gal pressure paint pot, after using a new 155psi 8 gal compressure for a long time to get it over 40psi,.. the air came out with such a massive force and was shooting out Ice crystals. Im kinda slow so it finally dawned on me to look at the pressure gauge closely. See the picture. The numbered background is warped so the needle could not move beyond 40psi. God knows I probably had this thing filled to 150psi,.. well beyond the danger zone starting at 90psi for this model. I could have been seriously maimed or killed. Oh...the factory installed pressure release valve never kicked in either. Nice...

> 3 dayI tried to not expect too much when I ordered this based on some of the other reviews but I really needed one of these types of sprayers. From the moment I took it out of the packing and inspected the construction and finish I was very happy. This thing is solid!!! The pot, the lid, the wheels, the crank are all well built and assembled. The ball valves and the regulator are what you would expect for this price range and I expect to replace some of those along the way but the foundation is solid and I expect many years of reliable service from this equipment. I took a little extra time yesterday to pressurize the pot, check all the valves and seal and to adjust the safety valve. I also tested the lines and operating pressures with some water. This helped to prevent frustrating accidents when I put paint in today. I painted most of the framing for a 500 sq ft deck in a few hours this afternoon and had fun doing it because once you put a gallon or so of paint into this thing you just keep going. Quite a step up from a gravity feed sprayer with a 600 ml cup! I am sure higher quality makes and models can be had for 2x or 3x the price but I have to say that for the price this thing ranks as one of my better tool purchases this year.

> 3 dayWorks well, a lot cheaper then some other company, if you know how to modify it you will save a lot of money
