The disc has nothing on it. Waste of money

The product came, a CD, with a slip of paper that contains no business name, no contact information - nothing. The slip of paper has a QR Code that - the video for that code is no longer available. Another link is provided with an instructional video, supposedly on YouTube - is no longer available, and a link to a bit.ly video in case the YouTube video doesnt work - is no longer available.

We returned this unused software and they issued a credit for 88 cents. The worst.

IT couldnt fix a laptop with a boot issue after the most current windows 10 upgrade crashed. keep saying to system was not compatible. i returned to product.

It does not work with Muiltple Network Parttitons But is great for recovery for a single user.

Product seemed like was going to be and had potential to be very beneficial. Link to YouTube tutorial not very helpful as every computer is different and the demo Only was shown for a specified device. Video stated if problems or specific product questions to contact them yet trying to make contact through Amazon only put me into a AI help message board and no way to contact seller. Never got my problem fixed therefore poor ratings and highly disappointed in purchase

I needed to reset the operating system and I did it on my own because this cd was useless

This Windows 10 Pro recovery disk worked flawlessly for me. It booted right up, I followed the prompts and it restored my OS. I was almost ready to give up on a recovery and buy a new computer. This might be the best $13 Ive ever spent.

My husbands computer was locked in windows didnt start correctly. Nothing helped until we got this disc THANK YOU..Took less than 1 hr to fix it.
