22-11-2024The product does what it says it is going to do…no issues there. I would caution you to try it on a few pieces first. I was working with tshirts and had already cut them to the sizes I wanted to use. Unfortunately after they were saturated, hung out to try and brought in I discovered the edges had curled and ends I had clothes pinned were misshapen. I couldn’t get them to iron back out to their original size. Lesson learned. A little word of warning would have saved me some grief. Or perhaps it was a rookie mistake.

> 3 dayI really like the trial magic for my t-shirt quilts. It stabilizes without the weight of traditional interfacing and it washes right out. I will not use anything else for my t-shirt quilts.

> 3 dayI have not had a lot of chances to use this, so will tell you how I have used it so far. I put it on thinner dish towels of 100% cotton material as directions (in the area of the towel I was to machine embroider), ironed with a dry iron, and the dish towels came out super stiff. I embroidered a couple dish towels and the product worked wonderful. I have yet to try it on any other products.

> 3 dayThis is great stuff. When using it you can forego stabilizer for machine embroidery. Yesterday I sprayed some fabric, cut it to size and ran it through my printer to make a quilt label. It worked like paper.

Greater than one weekI was getting so frustrated trying to find just the right backing for projects (mostly knitted fabric) to use with my embroidery machine, and wasting a lot of money. I stumbled across this stuff while watching YouTube videos on proper backing, and the use of. It is a bit pricey, and takes a bit more preplanning to use (soaking the fabric, drying and ironing), but it some amazing stuff! I havent done the math, but this product has eliminated a whole lot of frustration for me!!
