We use these in our duel fish and turtle aquarium and theyre great! They are easy to rinse in between changes, if something gets gunked up, and we have them shipped regularly to us. They definitely help keep our water clear in our tank.

as described they work well and can be easy rinsed off and carbon replaced, wearing gloves.kept the corner filters as turtle banks and added Turtle Docks I also use a Lee under gravel filter and a Marineland canister filter rated twice the size of the tank. Changing the water once a week. water is now very clear no smells. 2 8 inch red sliders in 100-gallon tank.

These are great filters. The only downside is that you need to change them a little more often when you have hard water, but it still works great!
