These bio bags are fantastic. I use to buy Tetra 26170 Whisper Bio-Bag Cartridge, Large, 3-Pack but that got expensive quickly so I switched to this unassembled bulk version and it is so easy to put together. I was worried about size but they seem to be the same. I use this currently with in a 20 gallon tank for my turtle.

These work great and are easy to use

So much cheaper than the assembled filters. Very easy to do it yourself! Be sure to rinse the carbon off prior to installing!

I didn’t realize I had to put them together. I’ll let you know how it goes compared to the filters already put together in about a week or so. I’ll change my rating if they hold up as well. Update: I accidentally threw the little green thing away (forgetting that I need it, because I’m used to throwing them away) and now all the filters that I have are useless and have to go in the trash. I hate these!

This product is very easy to use. I mean, really. I have been using it for over six months. Never have problems with it. I surely would by again.
