Description is just what I received.

Shipper shoved product into a box smaller than the product box. Upon arrival one of the three filters cartridges was broken and not usable. Will not waste money ordering this great quality product from a not so great quality shipper.

These filters will last about a week and a half before residue starts to build up, always use solution that breaks down your pets waste to assist your filters process of cleaning as well....Rj*
