TEXALAN Class ZZ Steel Pin Gage Set Minus (250PCS (0.251-0.500) M2)

Only started to use the pin gages to measure diameter of bored holes. Measuring pin gages with a caliper, the gages Ive used appear to be right on in diameter.

Very nice set for the price. Sizes are dead on. I am ordering a set in smaller size.

Ive been using this brand for years now. I used them in the last machine shop I worked in, I changed jobs and now have to buy my own tools. Knowing how perfect these were I had no worries with making the purchase. I wish they came with the go, no go holder. I purchased that separately for around $15 and it fits in the case.

Upon receiving I immediately took a Mitutoyo micrometer to the 0.250, 0.187 and 0.125 pins and all were exactly to size minus 0.00015.

The plastic case is made out of crappy plastic however the pin gauges seem to be very accurate

gauge pins made nice. only thing im not happy with is the corner radius is big.

Love them, Can I buy replacement pins for this?

Pin tolerance measure mostly -.00020, some -.00030.
