This is, hands-down, the most helpful item I have purchased for my workshop. I often need to glue small pieces of wood together using wood glue, which is difficult to apply precisely without risk of spread when the pieces are clamped. This usually meant using a variety of methods and applicators, including disposable nail art applicators, cotton buds, fingertips, pins, and microfine detail brushes. None worked easily. Then I saw Sili tools being used in a tutorial. The instructor did not mention the name of the tool, but I searched until I found them and ordered this set plus the small pot with detail brushes. I am blown away at how easy it is to apply thin coats of glue quickly, knowing that any residual that appears after clamping can be easily wiped away or is so thin that it will be invisible when dry. Clean-up is a dream. Peel off the hardened glue and use a damp fingertip to wipe out any leftover splatter drops. Perfection!

The tray part could be a little deeper or larger, but great for smallish projects. The best part is that you can pour left over glue back into the bottle with the spout. Then anything left can be left to dry and peel out.

When I bought this set, I was simply looking for a way to be less messy. But, the coverage and glue utilization were the things that impressed me the most. I also use the set’s paddles to apply wood filler offering me the same improvements in coverage and utilization.

Its a glue brush that works and works pretty good. Bristles held the glue fine and it went where I wantwd it to go. Good quality and worth the few extra dollars over the little metal glue brushes. Shouldve bought these years ago. Not sure about the people who complained about the brushes being too big for their hands. You know what they say about people with little hands...

These items make it easier to work with when doing projects. And easy clean up. Nice to have.

Nice glue kit for the money, works as well as the blue kit I paid twice as much for. No issues with use or clean up.

This is our first time using silicon brushes, etc. Theyre easy to use and clean. Why did we wait so long?

Im relatively new to wood working, and as Ive seen in many YouTube videos, I spread glue for joints using my fingers or sometimes a flat card, piece of wood, or playing card. Those methods certainly work. But these tools are exceptional, and have made that task a lot easier. I couldnt believe how much faster and easier it really was using some simple tools like these. And the cleanup is quick and easy. I wish I hadnt waited so long to consider these.
