A lot people I notice put these in the dishwasher. I never have I hand washed them n dried them and my bowl n plate actually look like the one pictured here also. My granddaughter almost ate that plastic. This an also awful product for toddler. Do not purchase they are not safe. Mine were only 5 months old.

Had a hard time deciding between 3 or 4 stars. I bought some of each style(Minnie, Mickey, Cars). They are all very durable and I love that they come as a complete set. The designs seem to be holding up through several washes on the top rack of my dishwasher. They only complaint I have is that the Mickey and Minnie ear compartments are basically useless. They are too small to fit anything in and actually be able to scoop back out. Ive attached a picture with a quarter for size comparison. The smaller compartment on the Cars plate is bigger, which is a plus, however it can be hard for my son to get food put of the corners of the arrow shape. My kids love them and I will keep them but I dont know if I would buy them again.

Bought this for my almost 2 year old, and its perfect for him. He loves Cars, so this is a win win. Only down side, and not by much, but the bowl is (in my opinion) too deep for him to independently eat out of. But it is perfect for cut up fruit or dry cereal.

I see that alot of other customers said theirs have started to flake but I have not had this issue. My daughter received the Minnie set for her birthday and after 3 months of daily use it shows minimal wear and has held up great; the only real wear is my own fault because I sometimes use a knife on the plate itself to cut my daughters food. More often then not this goes in the dishwasher (TOP RACK ONLY) along with the silverware (again TOP RACK ONLY in one of those baby bottle parts basket). I purchased the Mickey set so that we had another to use and because I liked the size for my 15 month old. Yes the ears are a little small but they are perfect for condiments and dipping.

Bought a set of these in Mickey and Minnie for my girl & boy. These are their favorite feeding set. I particularly love the shape and size of the spoon and fork. Its well designed that its easy for little hands to grasp, the handles are not too long or too short, not too heavy that they cant hold it and not too light weight that its an effort to control the food on it. The wide spoon is so much easier to feed with as the food stays on the spoon. The set has had its fair share of washes in very hot water as well as the dishwasher. The only con is that the picture on the spoon and fork is completely gone. So now we have a spoon and fork with all white handles for this set. The picture on the plate and cup are still vibrant and is as good as the day I received it.
