I wanted to love this, but it just didn’t match up to the crop top/longline bras I love from this brand. The shelf bra style is very different. This top, with the cross hem, is pictured in the first three photos. The crop top/longline bra from the same brand is pictured in the last two photos. This cross hem top has one padded insert, going across the entire shelf bra portion. It is thick & unless you cut it, the width is what it is. The pads are extremely noticeable when worn & don’t sit where they should on my breasts. So it looks very awkward, at least on my body. For reference, I’m 5’8”, 145lbs, 34H & wear x-large in the longline bras from this brand very comfortably. I ordered the same size for this cross hem top, & the fit overall is similar, the shelf bra itself is the problem for me. I don’t see this working well for those with larger chests due to the fixed pad area & shorter internal/shelf bra section overall. You could cut or remove the pads, but it wasn’t a good fit for me even with the pads removed.

The pads are connected to one another in the middle, so it’s easy for busty ladies to pop out of the sides. Just generally not a good fit

This is super cute and comfy and actually does a decent job of holding me up. However, there is major cleavage and the waist is pretty loose on me. I have a 29in waist and a 40in bust. If your around my size, this may not be what you’re looking for. If your smaller more evenly proportioned this might be your new favorite top.

I like this top a lot and wish that it worked out. I am 5ft 4inches and 150lbs and always wear a medium. However, the bra insert is one single padded piece. This is a great idea; however, if you have breasts that sit wider on your chest, you will spill out the sides. The padding is nice and thick, so the shape is held without showing nipple, which is great. The top hit right below my belly button and think it was a great length
