If I could have given this 0 stars I would have especially on the scent. I ordered the Sweet Orange Vanilla expecting to smell just like the detangler I use of the same brand and scent for my daughters hair and this lotion smelt absolutely horrible like it was rancid. I couldnt smell any hint of orange or vanilla at all. And as for effectiveness I tested a small bit on my own arm thinking maybe it would smell different after it was applied and dried down but no, it still stunk and my arm doesnt feel moisturized at all. So I dont know if I just happened to get a bad bottle or what but I wont repurchase this online again. Which is a shame because I use the Sweet Almond shampoo and conditioner and Sweet Orange Vanilla Hair detangler all for my daughters hair and we both love those products. But unfortunately this lotion is a big pass for us.

Love this scent and it goes perfectly with the body wash.

this product is very thin and watery and practically oderless. I believe it is called honest due to natural ingredients. but if you are looking for a good moisturizer with a good scent and staying power this product may not be for you as it wasnt for m

I don’t know if it’s expired or something but it stinks so bad! And of course it won’t let me return it. And this is our favorite Honest scent. So I spent $9 on a stinky product for my baby that I know have to throw away. Ridiculous.

Scent is barely perceptible. If thats what youre looking for youll love it.

Just received and used the sweet orange vanilla lotion and absolutely HATE the scent. Gave 2 stars because the lotion absorbed nicely and was not greasy at all. But had to use another to mask the scent. I guess that’s what I get for buying lotion online.

I love the consistency of the lotion and how easily it goes on. It does leave skin feeling soft. Not oily. But it does burn a little. Dont use if you have a sunburn or little cuts. Or where skin is so dry that its sensitive.

I mainly bought for scent, which was nonexistent. Kind of had similar texture to sunscreen.

I really love the honest company products. My daughter has really sensitve skin, lots of different products make her break out in a rash, Johnsons baby shampoo and lotions, most sunscreens, they all leave rashes on her neck and upper back. I switched to honest company and she hasnt had a problem since. The orange vanilla smell is the best, I absolutely love it. It isnt super strong, the sweet smell wont linger for long on your little one, not like Johnsons does, but thats probably also a good reason to why it doesnt irritate her skin. I reccomend if youre looking for a more natural product.
