This product is not what I was expecting. Smells like nothing but maybe a very faint smell of lavendar. The pumps are a poor design. When you pump all the conditioner and shampoo gets half in hand and half down the bottle. I ended up just opening the tops and using them that way. Lather is ok and conditioner takes a lot for thick long hair.

Smells nice and I love the look of the containers for a guest bathroom.

I have tried lots of shampoos and this one was the most suitable for my baby. Great smell and super softener.

This product smells great and feels great at the time in the shower but it gave me terrible dandruff and after showering my hair felt greasy. I have never been prone to dandruff or greasy hair prior to this. I was hoping to just switch to something with less chemicals.

shampoo is very watery so the tiny bottle doesnt last long. Both have no scent, not sure why they claim its lavender. Product is only available in tiny wasteful bottles most companies offer 3x the amount for this cost.

I bought it for my new granddaughter, my daughter in law has very sensitive skin so we thought maybe her daughter had it too. She used it several times and we noticed the baby developed a rash on her head and face, and she was really dry also. So she quit using it and it cleared up. So actually it was a waste of money, and it wasn’t cheap.

Feel like these are pricer shampoos and while I love the way it makes my hair soft. I can’t even last one day without my hair being gross. I keep my hair natural and don’t use any products and yet I take a shower mid afternoon and in the morning BAM “I’m oily “ I have never had this problem with any other shampoos. Granted they are less clean ingredients. But I can’t believe that there’s no middle. I either get healthy shampoo and such and it doesn’t work or I get harmful stuff and it works beautifully. There has to be some product that delivers an inbetween. The sucky part is also every drying powder that’s healthy that I thought would allow me to last more than a day would help but those suck too.
