The Honest Company Silicone-Free Conditioner | Gentle for Baby | Naturally Derived, Tear-free, Hypoallergenic | Lavender Calm, 10 fl oz

I am not a “review writer” unless - I purchased this conditioner for my naturally curly hair in hopes of it doing what the product label and site description stated (a novel idea, aye). My experience was quite the opposite of the positive reviews. My hair actually felt more dry than if I had used no conditioner. Also, I felt as though the product did not properly rinse from my hair leaving a residue, but it was a new so I moved on. Additionally, the smell is so very off-putting. Adding heat from the hair dryer made the “fragrance” worse . . . as if the smell bonded to my hair. I use no other styling products so there was no fear of fragrances mixing. I had to walk around all day catching wafts of the offending “scent” which is polar opposite of fragrant lavender. Good thing I had nowhere to go avoiding offending others. So, buyer beware, the Seller takes no responsibility for this product, no refunds, no apologies. Yes, mix-ups happen, maybe I did not get the product I hoped I was purchasing, but I guess we will never know. If it was a manufacturing mishap, quality control should have caught this one. I don’t think this is tear-free so be careful using on little ones. I use it on my 4 & 9 yr olds with supervision & never had an issue. It only requires a small amount & works amazingly well on my kids knotty hair! It leaves my girls hair tangle free & easily brushed after bath. I’ve tried other products, but always return to this! Try it! You will not be disappointed!

I have long, very thick hair and a little bit of this goes a really goes a long way. I dont need to use as much as I have with other conditioners. It does a nice job keeping my hair tangle free. I have very sensitive skin and havent had a problem with this at all. The lavender smells nice without being overpowering. The pump on the bottle is a little awkward, but overall its a good product.

My daughter has supper curly dry hair. We have noticed the BIGGEST difference with using this product in her hair. It helps define the curls, frizz and keeps the knots out. We also love this smell. We will defiantly be buying again.

Perfect for toddler curls. I wash her hair one or two times per week with the shampoo and then use this after and brush it through. On non wash days use a pea sized amount and brush through with water. Recently learned lavender is an endocrine disrupter, so I may try switching to the other Honest conditioner.

We love Honest company products at my house and have been using this brand with my daughter since she was born. When her hair started to get long and tangled we started using conditioner and it works great to help detangler her hair. Love the scent! We still have to use the detangler spray but the conditioner leaves her hair soft and manageable.

Our new favorite bath product for our baby with a TON of hair. Works so well and smells DELICIOUS! Highly recommend!!

This is amazing for my daughters thick, hard to brush hair! I recommend it to friends that have children with thick/curly hair.

Don’t use it if you don’t want to relax...
