Hes a little too young to put the pieces together himself, but he can match them and he absolutely adores watching us do it.

My son is 19 months old and loves Learning Journey puzzles! I like that this puzzle has shapes with different colors for each. My only negative is that there is a color paint spill and a color for the shapes. My son gets confused. Example, he will hand me the orange star and the orange paint spill. He is correct that they are both orange but it is hard for little ones to see that it is not a match. He is starting to understand though that they do not go together!

I was excited about getting these puzzles and my son seemed to love playing with them at a friends house. After I purchased them I was a little disappointed that they dont stay together. Once you put the pieces together you cant move it or pick it up without it falling apart. The quality isnt the greatest and he didnt play with them for long. Too bad because its a great puzzle for toddlers.

Great for children around two to four. Also for children struggling with functional or learning disabilities. Great for teaching first and last, head and body, and names of animals.
