> 3 dayPurchased this backpack for my son for school. He holds a laptop in it with folders, binders, and other school supplies. So far there are no rips or tears and is holding up well.

> 3 dayGreat quality and a good price. Its lightweight when empty which is nice, knowing it wont be too heavy when filled with items. Lots of compartments and zippers are very smooth. Ordered the Grey Dark Heather and is very pretty.

> 3 dayMy old Recon backpack has been around the world over the last 6 years. It’s still usable, but unfortunately the back padding has worn down to the plastic, so it is uncomfortable. I wanted to upgrade to a new North Face backpack that is slightly smaller. At first glance I was not impressed with this backpack. It’s obvious they just don’t make them like they used to. The material just felt cheaper. I also should’ve done more research before ordering. The front pocket is only kept closed by the straps on the side. There is no magnet or Velcro closure in the front so the front pocket seems useless. Or, if you don’t mind the possibility of items easily falling out, it may be useful to you. I guess I was just expecting more for an $80 mid-range backpack. Lastly, the measurements are inaccurate. I measured 19” tall rather than 18”. Decided to return for an older model of the Pivoter.
