Beautiful, sturdy, quality, teak bench. I bought two. One went together smoothly and in about 5 minutes. The second had two bolts that would not engage into the pre-drilled holes. Just spun loosely, never tightening. Multiple, educated, experienced adults tried to remedy the problem with no luck. I received a return label easily but learned i was responsible for return shipping and likely a restocking fee if i dont repackage it correctly. I have decided to keep the bench. The faulty bolts attach the lower bench which will not bear much weight and i have some ideas of how to secure them in place. How many stars to give one perfect bench and one faulty bench? The price is what sealed the deal. For this higher priced item, i expect no flaws and free returns.

I LOVE my bench! It is well made and easy to assemble. It looks great in the shower and you dont have to be afraid to sit on it because it is sturdy. The only complaint I have was how flimsy the packing was. When I opened the box the Styrofoam was broken and loosely packed plus there werent any written instructions. Thank God the wood is of sturdy substance and the assembly was easy to figure out. Otherwise, enjoy with confidence.

I really love this bench it looks great in my shower it was easy to assemble and it is very sturdy my husband is over 200 pounds and it support him well I like the all in the cleaning condition that came with the bench very nice it makes the bench look brand new I enjoy using it in my shower to shave my legs and to pamper my feet love this product highly recommend it

awesome shower seat, bought as an anniversary gift for my pregnant wife it will be handy after she loses sight of her feet. However the box was so beat up by the time i got it the hardware package had fallen out on my front step, not to be discovered untill after id gone to the store to buy replacements. All in all a good purchase
