Ive never used a drying MF towel before and was a little skeptical but these things hit it out of the park. 2 of them are enough to dry off my Honda Pilot. The reason they didnt get 5 stars was the hem on one of them started to come apart after its 2nd washing.

After using a half dozen of these regularly for a few weeks I can confidently say they do a great job at soaking up water after a wash or rinse or whatnot, leaving a nearly streak free surface providing the towel isnt completely soaked. That being said, $10 for one towel that you will inevitably be buying at least 3 of is a little expensive. If it was $30 for 4, I would be satisfied. 5 star product, -.5 star for price.

Works just as great/better than big brand rags! Great addition to my car detailing arsenal.

Up front, I used without washing, straight out of the bag - thats how shams work so wanted to compare. Cant complain about the absorbency at all. I bought 2, hoping that would be enough for a Kia Sorento and it was. Was able to dry off just fine (using both in one sitting for one vehicle). I did have trouble wringing them out as they soaked up more and more, but it was doable. I imagine that older people or smaller people may not be able to ring it out on their own. The one area they werent so great was the finishing in the windows. It got the big water just fine, but left smears that actually made it hard to see at night. I had to go back over the windows with glass cleaner to get them off. Never had that problem with a sham. I would still use the towels for overall drying, because that was quick and easy, but I would go over the windows with something else. Guess Ill have to see on the next go, after theyve been washed if that helps, or not.

2-11-23 Update-I use this to dry off vehicles after I handwash or take them to an automatic car wash and the more I use it, the more I appreciate its size and absorbency. I also have a plush drying towel, but I prefer the feel of this waffle-weave towel. Im not a stickler about separating various car cleaning cloths depending on their use or materials theyre made of, or only using certain detergents to clean them, and this towel seems to be low maintenance in that regard with no ill effects to the towel. I received it quickly & havent used it yet so Ill update later on that. I just wanted an additional drying towel that was larger than my usual towels as I always seemed to be one short so this fills my need.

Great absorbency. I quickly dried a GTI solely using this towel, without any lint or other issues. Highly recommend.
