> 3 dayTowel is great at what it’s supposed to do. All the reviews are spot on in the way the towel performs but there’s a big issue; the towel became apart after just one used. The towel separated at the seams and it’s now useless. Unfortunately for me, I used the towel yesterday for the first time and bought it on June 6, so now I’m outside of the return window or I would return it for a refund or to get it replaced at least. In my opinion, the quality is not there and it is unacceptable that the towel would come apart after just one use. If any one is reading this that could possibly help me with my issue, I ask you to please help me.

> 3 dayAt first I was skeptical. I received the Rag, it looked and felt high quality, but I just wasnt sure if it would be able to dry my ENTIRE car with one go. I have a 2018 Mustang and these are by no means small cars. After a good wash, I placed the Rag on my car and watched as NO WATER was left behind. I was like, okay, brand new item, does pretty good, but then I just kept on going. Pass after pass until the whole car was dry. I never had to ring the Rag out. It cut my car wash time by at least 7-10 minutes. I am impressed, and now I am going to get one for my dad as a gift. Great quality product!

> 3 dayAlmost unbelievable how well it works. One works for a car; need more than one for a (compact) truck

> 3 dayOne towel will take care of drying my Jeep Cherokee or Dodge Charger. Works great. Super soft. Good value towel. Im one of those people that finds a good product and has no desire to stray from it and try something new so I will probably buy a few more now and continue in the future.

> 3 dayI have a black 2015 mustang that was just fully paint corrected, with crystal clear swirl free paint. About 40 hours of work. Did a wash and a DI pressure rinse, used this brand new towel to dry. Looked great until I saw in the sun light against the paint. New swirl marks! I know what I am doing in detailing cars. Light dust on the car, I used a New quality wash mit very lightly to wash the car, with quality lubricating professional soap, after a pressure wash. I made sure this towel was washed seperate, hung to dry, and clean, kept in a sealed bag prior to use, never set it down on anything where it would pick up dirt prior to using it. I have used regular microfiber towels for polish, waxes, etc and I have never seen them swirl anything, likely because I through them away after one use. This should not have happened if these towels were the quality that everyones says they are. I used the towel, so I wont return it. I dont trust them on my car anymore, so I will just use them for drying my dog after a bath or throw it away. A huge let down after all that time spent getting the paint perfected on my car. the towel didnt feel as soft as I thought it would and should of listened to my gut feeling and not used it. Live and learn

> 3 dayI just received 2 of these towels and was very disappointed with how rough these towels feel even after washing them (as suggested). I have a dark vehicle so even damp they’re way too rough feeling for me to risk it. I’ll be finding another use for these unrelated to car care. I really love the Rag Company and the platinum pluffle is probably my favorite towel from them but unfortunately this towel is a no go for me. Looks like I’ll be sticking with my much softer more absorbent PFM towel.
