Greater than one weekWell, I am 72 years old and I have multiple issues with the disks of my spine. As a result I get lots of pain, tight muscles, and loss of range of motion. At times I feel hunched over. I tried one of the normal sized Theraguns and it was too heavy for me to use, awkward to use on my back. I tried the Theragun mini because of my physical therapists’ recommendation. It is very easy to use and my muscles are so much more relaxed and pliable now in just three weeks of use. I am able to use the Thera gun and all aspects of my body including upper and lower back. This may be the best physical exercise type device I’ve ever purchased! Bill

> 3 dayI have the bigger theragun as well as this compact one. I like to use this one for travelling. Helps relieve muscle pain and aches on the go.

> 3 dayI am a fitness instructor, and I travel for work. The amount of times this has saved. My life is immeasurable. If you were on the fence I highly recommend you purchase this one. also, I have seen no difference between the mini and the regular as far as muscle relief so if you want to save some money, just get the mini

> 3 dayThis is more of a jackhammer and while that might help the sore joints of some people, I have neck pain. Even on setting 1 I felt like I was going to self administer a concussion. I dont think I would have bought a device this expensive with an assured send back. I tried it for a month. This is very well made and has a killer battery life. Design and packaging is excellent and mostly recyclable paper/board. It ran so long on one charge I couldnt tell you the battery life--you use it 15 minutes and allow the strong motor a cool down. Just not for me.

> 3 dayI already own it’s big brother, but that one is not conducive for taking to the gym or on trips. The mini is very nice and helps to loosen up the tight areas, post-workout or post-travel. I highly recommend it.

> 3 dayAs soon as I got my Theragun Mini, I opened it and immediately fired it up because my back and neck have been hurting for weeks from spending all my time in front of my computer... I didnt even spend time reading the manual, but it was extremely easy to learn how to turn it on and how to change the settings. I didnt have much experience with these types of products, so I started with the low setting and it felt great. The smaller size made it easy to maneuver by myself and I could reach my back with no problem (and for the record, Im not the most flexible guy). I wasnt sure if it was working at first, as mostly it felt kind of ticklish and weird, but when I turned it off after about 2-3 minutes, I immediately felt the difference. My back felt looser and the pain in my neck had reduced. I would definitely recommend buying this if you suffer from minor soreness or muscle tightness!
