Greater than one weekUsed it with L12s. This thing is hard to spread (even if you heat it up), it doesnt give better result than a product from N company (which is easier to spread). It also scratched my CPU because it contains some abrasive particles. All and all, Id stay away from this one.

> 3 dayUsed to redo the thermal paste on an Xbox one x and PC fan processor. Fans cools more efficiently now. Noticeable drop in core temperature and increase in output fan temperature. Meaning better heat transfer. I would recommend using this.
