Im hopeful we can figure it out before we need to return

The printer was way enough to set-up. They give you a usb to download the drive. But taking points off because it seems to waste 2-3 labels before printing.

I wish I would have known about this 8 years ago when I started my business. The fact that you dont have to buy ink is AMAZING! Ive been using it for a couple weeks or so and it has saved me so much time with my shipping labels for my business. It prints fast, doesnt smudge, perforations are great and has little error. I am very happy with this!

Ok so far

I am on the fence about this printer. Dont get me wrong it could an error on my end but whenever I load my paper it basically calibrates a lot of my paper out of the machine, in turn wasting paper. I use this to make postage stickers for my packaging business and already I have wasted so much paper. But other than that it prints very well.

I have a new business and label printer has made it easier for us in our new venture.

Okay so my girlfriend who sells online like myself owns this model printer and suggested it to me. It arrived package very secure. Once having everything plugged in, with the usb plug on the backside of my desktop tower. Turned it on and added roll type labels into the inside and did a test label. All good. and then inserted the usb driver into the front of my tower. Walked me through downloading the driver. There was one box I needed to uncheck and didnt know so I had to google and finally got it downloaded. Sold an item on eBay right after hooking it up. Printing my label through eBay I couldnt get the label to print a 4x6 size. Discovered that you need to change the label size on eBay itself. It was set to regular printer paper size. Once printed it did not seem to print dark enough. More googling I found how to change the color density. It was set at default which it 8. Raised it up to 15. It works awesome!! Prints a label in 2 seconds. The size of the printer is perfect as well. Sits on top of my subwoofer next to my computer desk. I wish I had bought this sooner. This is a great printer.
