The printer was way enough to set-up. They give you a usb to download the drive. But taking points off because it seems to waste 2-3 labels before printing.

good product for the price, easy install

This printer was a pain to set up, it took me 2 hours to actually get it to start working. And it doesnt even work properly. Every label i try to print jams the machine, prints out distorted or on 2 labels at once, or doesnt even print. Very disappointed in this purchase.

Instructions for application is little confusing

It is so so so easy to use we use it everyday and havent had any problems.

Im hopeful we can figure it out before we need to return

It doesn’t work wastes of money

Every time you have to open the printer for whatever reason, it realigns by shooting out a label, which is a waste, my Dymo does not do that. Second, I bought round labels from them only to discover they dont have a free design program so that I can print on the labels. WASTED MONEY
