Thinkbaby - SPF 50+ Braod Spectrum Organic Sunscreen - 3 oz - 2 pack

I like the idea of this product...better for the environment and seems better for the body. Maybe its not my fault for not understanding how a sunscreen like this is supposed to function, but I found it was not at all aesthetically pleasing when applied to someone with a light-medium to dark skin tone (Im a NC25-30 in MAC makeup). This product does not seem to get absorbed by the skin, its like a thin white layer of protection that makes me think of the old movies where a lifeguards nose was slathered in a white paint-like substance...it was probably a product much like this. First time I used it I thought maybe I had used too much. The second time fooled me at first because with a lighter application and vigorous rubbing it seemed to disappear into the skin but once I climbed out of the water I was sadly mistaken, I came out looking like a soggy ghost. There was some separation of a watery/maybe oily? liquid from the cream...not sure what that was about. If you have a light skin tone, burn easily, and/or dont mind having a visible layer of protection between you and the sun then this product would probably work out for you. Wish I could return because after two attempts I gave up on the product entirely and ending up buying a different kind of sunblock while on vacation. Now I have 1 full and 1 mostly full bottle just sitting in a closet.

This sunscreen works so well. I lived in the Caribbean for 5 years, and my son and I regularly went to the beach, starting when he was a baby. I felt comfortably applying this sunscreen to his skin, and he never burned. It is hard to run off in the bath, but totally worth it when you consider the alternative - harmful chemicals.

Searched high and low for good/ safe sunscreen for me and my 1 year old- this stuff is great!

The only sunscreen I will use on my son. I burn very easily & I first ordered this when I was pregnant to assure no toxic chemicals enter my bloodstream & hurt my lil guy inside of me (like all store bought sunblock main ingredients do).. needless to say I fell in love with it. The ingredients are safe, do not enter the bloodstream only act as a topical barrier between ur skin & the sun. This sunblock protected my skin great, is extremely water resistant, & a little goes a long way. I loved it for me then, and now it is the only sunscreen I will apply on my 6 month old son :)

After reading the reviews I was very excited to try this sunscreen for both myself and my daughter. However, one tube was damaged and sunscreen was leaking everywhere, and both tubes were completely liquid. I wont risk ordering it again online and will instead just keep using Badger.
