> 3 dayThis is a great game for kids; from those who are just learning to talk, all the way up to those who are learning to read. We started playing this game as soon as my daughter started talking & it helped her learn some of her ‘first’ words. She is now almost 3 & we work on recognizing the beginning letter as we draw each tile. I have no doubt & high hopes that as the years go by she will begin to recognize the words as ‘sight words’! Another great plus to this game is that it can be played with just her & I or she can play with friends! Even her 10yr old brother enjoys playing this with her. The quality of this game is excellent as well! The boards are thick cardboard that hold up well to little fingers & the tile slider ‘thingy’ is nice & smooth & we never have any issues with it (unless it gets loaded improperly). Even the box is a nice thick cardboard for easy, long lasting storage. I love that I didn’t have to buy a container for it, as organization & easy clean up are huge in our house! (Sometimes it’s the little things that make a product that much better!) Overall it is an excellent quality, fast paced, fun game that keeps their attention & teaches them new words, letter recognition & sight words that can be played for many years! We plan on buying the other Zingo games too!

07-06-2025This was a Christmas gift for my 3 and 5 year old nephews. We are a family that does game nights, and the two young boys are often not included. So I thought this would help. Wow. My 3 year old nephew got the hang of it immediately (we changed the rule to grab the tile instead of call it out). The first few rounds we did the easier side of the cards and let the young ones win. But once we realized how GOOD my 3 year old nephew was getting, we flipped the cards to the harder side and told the older nieces (16 and 19 y.o.) to play for real. He often lost but sometimes wins and sometimes even beat the girls to the tile that they all needed that were matching!!! Its a fun family game that can be inclusive of ages, but if you have an astute little one, careful! He may start beating you for real!

> 3 dayMy granddaughter spent days putting the tiles into the dispenser and then taking them out again. We had races to see who could put the tiles back faster. The part with the boards wasn’t as much fun yet.
