> 3 dayNot very good. Ive had this bag for a while now, and is much too heavy and bulky. It makes almost everything much heavier than it should be, and knocks in to items when out in public. The delivery took quit a while as well.

> 3 dayI originally bought this to use as my carry on bag, and ended up using it for our diaper bag. I love it! I can fit so much in it. I fit my laptop, tablet, chargers, hard drive, snacks, and extra set of clothes all in this comfortably for my trip.

Greater than one weekIf I didnt have to pay return shipping I would exchange for one made properly. There is a seam that was not sewn correctly on the front pocket and it was coming apart out of the box. Also there was and extra 2 by 3 inch piece of fabric seen in on the shoulder padding that just hung there so I cut it off. Bag is functional but Im not happy

We love their products so much that, for the second year in a row, we have skipped right past our old backpack shopping grounds (PBKids, LE, LLBean) and searched J World until we found this years perfect pattern, then we grabbed the matching lunch bag and our backpack shopping was DONE. If you are lucky enough to have a local store which offers monogramming on items you didnt purchase from them, do NOT be afraid to take your J World purchase and have it done. We took both the messenger bag and the lunch bag last year and the bags held up perfectly to the stitching process and there was never a problem with the integrity of either piece. These things LAST--the only reason we are buying new ones this year is because it is a tradition around here to start the new year with a new backpack. (This tradition was clearly initiated before we came across J World. Otherwise, my 4th grader would likely still be carrying something with bunnies and rainbows from her first day of school ever.)

> 3 dayYou sent the wrong bag....its an OK bag but you sent the wrong color, AND the color I DID get is not even listed so i duno what happened there....not gonna bother with a return, its not worth the headache

> 3 dayThis is a great messenger bag. It is big enough to hold a few files, my MacBook, my iPad as well as my wallet and a few personal items. While it holds all those things it is t bulky either. Colors bright and vibrant, and the fabric is easy care. I highly recommend this if you want something that holds you stuff but is also cute! It might be a little tight if you needed to hold more than two full-size textbooks and a computer.
