I have allergy to sunflower seed/sunflower oil and it was not clearly stated on the label that sunflower oil could be used on the product. Transparency with ingredients is crucial, especially for customers with numerous allergies.

Ive takend this for years because my doctor recommended it. Most are soy based and this is not. Thorne makes good supplements without a lot of additives.

I purchased these from iHerb but wanted to let my Amazon friends know that these are too big for comfortable swallowing and they caused extreme nausea. I returned them and I do not recommend them.
