> 3 dayI absolutely love the colors on the set I got but the bands themselves could be a little longer - .5-1” would be fine. I have what I would consider a normal sized wrist and these barely fit comfortably on the final hole. Then, there’s not enough extra band leftover to securely stay tucked in the hole all day. Which makes it a good thing these bands come with the added security strap.

Greater than one weekI bought these for their bright colors especially for spring and summer. They do need to be cleaned every once in awhile but just a wipe down w a Clorox wipe and your good to go
