Was excited to find this listed as 21 however it was not wide enough to span the seat. Still looking for an aftermarket product. Returned without incident

fit my old simplicity conquest prefectly, measure back to get right size. found that I could take the little drain hole thing out of the seat and put it through the hole in the cover and snap it back in to secure the cover in place, the shock cord secured the bottom half and it covers the seat completely/snuggly. pockets in back may be useful

Just got it and it fit the seat perfect. To Doon to tell how it will hold up. Received it in a timely manner.

looks great fits great, cell phone fits in the zipper pocket very well overall better than I expected
