> 24 hourIm a senior person that needs outdoor cameras to keep me safe. My son set up the cameras after I ordered the incorrect power source. The professional customer service representatives were very very helpful with all the questions I had. They had me change my power supply to 5a. After the new cable was installed, the DVR works perfectly. The best feature is the playback. The picture quality on the cameras are excellent.

> 24 hourGood set up. On complaint I have so far is , I have installed this system at two locations. My biggest pet peeve are the small screws that are on the camera itself. Using the correct screw driver , they still strip out very easy. So be careful and apply as mush pressure as possible to prevent that from happening. Other than that. It’s a good set up.

> 24 hourCamera displays were no longer viable on the monitor. Thinking the DVR had died and needed to be replaced started searching for DVRs until someone on YouTube said check POWER to the cameras, found out only 4v were coming to the cameras not 12v. Bought these based on excellent reviews. Connected them and got instant display of all 8 cameras with crystal clear picture day and night. TIGERSECU You ROCK!! Thank You.

> 24 hourThis power adaptor powered up our 8 cameras after the original adaptor failed after several years of service. It was easy to install and so far we are happy with this power supply. I tried to find one local here in Anchorage but had no luck. Lorex customer service helped me troubleshoot the problem with the power supply fairly quickly so I am happy.

> 24 hourSOMETIMES, EVEN MYSTERIOUSLY, THESE ADAPTERS WHICH TAKE ON THE ELECTRICAL POWER BRANCH OF THE CABLE FROM DVR TO CAMERA, CAN GO BAD...OR AT LEAST MESS UP YOUR CAMERAS, OR MAKE THEM OPERATE ERRATICALLY. I BROKE DOWN AND GOT THIS NEW ONE, AND IT CLEANED UP A LOT OF MY PROBLEMS WHEN I WAS TRYING TO LOOK EVERYWHERE BUT THE ELECTRICAL SIDE FOR THE CAUSE. I WILL ADD THIS: TIGER SECU HD VIEWER SOFTWARE IS EASIER TO USE AND MORE RELIABLE THAN SIMILAR SOFTWARE WITH Q-SEE EQUIPMENT. THEY ARE IDENTICAL IN APPEARANCE, BUT MUST NOT BE COMPLETELY IDENTICAL AS TIGER SECU VIEWER WORKS BETTER. THEIR CS WAS GOOD WHEN I FIRST GOT THEIR DVR AND HAD QUESTIONS. THEIR DVR WORKS FINE -- IT SEEMS TO BE IDENTICAL TO MY Q-SEE DVR. MAIN PROBLEM WITH THE DVR IS THE CABLES ARE TOO CRAMMED TOGETHER AND HARD TO UNPLUG AND PLUG BACK -- JUST LIKE THE Q-SEE DVR.

> 24 hourWas able to eliminate some single power supply sources by using this product, thus cutting down on some of the electrical cords that cluttered the back of my 18-channel cctv dvr setup. However, I was only able to utilize four of the power splitters because the unit was not able to handle anymore cameras. Many of the cameras available nowadays require 1 or more amps of power to function & consequently, with only 5 amps max, this severely limits the products capabilities. I gave 3 stars because with limitations, it did work. Ive used power supply boxes in the past, but they typically last for about 2 years max, so I wanted to try something different in hopes that itll last longer.

> 24 hourProduct works as intended I was able to hook up multiple cameras, the previous unit I bought could not handle the power required for my 8 cameras. This power supply easily took on the challenger and is working great so far 1 months in! Overall great for anyone with wired cameras.
